Personal training at the GYM

Maybe being at  the gym is for you.  If you have an existing GYM membership we can go there or I am affiliated with lots of GYM's in Hamilton.  

Together we'll set weekly programs that build up your ability, challenge you, and help you achieve your goals, be they fitness or weight loss.
Programs include exercises involving this sort of thing:

  • Weight training
  • Body weight training (Press ups, sit ups, lunges)
  • Sand bag training
  • Kettle bell lifts
  • Rope exercises
  • TRX
  • Boxfit
  • Aerobic exercise (including limited running or cycling)
