Personal Training at your place

Maybe joining the gym isn't an option for you, so I am happy to come and see you in your  space of choice and set challenges for you.  

Together we'll set weekly programs that build up your ability, challenge you, and help you achieve your goals, be they fitness or weight loss.

Programs include exercises involving this sort of thing:

  • Weight training
  • Body weight training (Press ups, sit ups, lunges)
  • Sand bag training
  • Kettle bell lifts
  • Rope exercises
  • TRX
  • Boxfit
  • Aerobic exercise (including limited running or cycling)
