Maybe being at the gym is for you and I work from FlexFitness in Chartwell. 

Together we'll set weekly programmes that build up your ability, challenge you, and help you achieve your goals, be they fitness or weight loss.

Programs include exercises involving this sort of thing:

  • Weight training
  • Body weight training (Press ups, sit ups, lunges)
  • Sand bag training
  • Kettle bell lifts
  • Rope exercises
  • TRX
  • Boxfit
  • Aerobic exercise (including limited running or cycling)

Boot Camps

Boot Camp includes one hour of fund cardio and strength training that caters for all fitness levels.

When: Thursday night 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
Where: Days Park Hamilton
Cost: $10 per person

Box Fit

Boxing is one of the most effective forms of cross training available. Its training principles form a fun, addictive, safe, stress-busting workout, suitable for all ages and levels of ability.

I guarantee the most awesome total body workout that is challenging but great fun and a serious alternative to gym workouts.

What to expect from a boxing workout with me:
  • Burn up to mega calories in one session
  • Release your stress safely and have fun doing it
  • Improve hand eye-coordination on right and left sides of your body
  • Increase stamina and mental agility
  • Make friends good friends

I work with some of the leading corporates in the Waikato.

We can create a fully custom package to suit your needs.  I have several personal trainers I can work with to help bigger group sessions or even Yoga and Tai Chai instructors including team building activities. Email or call me and we will create a package for your workplace.

Diet and Weight Loss

Exercise and Nutrition are the pathways to the body your want.  I can help you achieve your weight loss goals with nutritional tips and a food diary which combined with an exercise program will enable you to achieve your goals.
